The entire team at Hôtel des Coutellier hopes that you and your loved ones are safe and healthy.

In order to provide you with a comfortable and safe environment, we spared no effort to carefully follow the directions and procedures put in place by government authorities as well as best practices in our industry. We will apply the strictest sanitary measures to protect our customers and employees.

Here a summary of the measures deployed:

• An acrylic protective panel has been installed at the reception.
• Frequently cleaning and disinfection of public areas and reception.
• Reusable bags and utensils for our continental breakfast have been replaced by single-use ones.
• If you stay more than one night, no cleaning will be done in your room. However, our team will be happy to replace your towels, garbage, coffee or any other item at your request.
• All non-essential elements have been removed from the room.
• We assure you that the room in which you are staying has not been occupied for at least 3 hours, in accordance with public health recommendations.
• Hand sanitizer stations have been installed in the lobby and on each floor, by the elevator.
• The business center is closed.

 We understand that you may experience some concern when planning your future stay. At Hôtel des Coutellier, we care deeply about the service we offer our customers, and for that reason, we want to give you flexibility and reassurance. If you have an upcoming reservation and you would prefer to make a new one, you can cancel at any time from the moment you make the reservation up until 24 hours before your scheduled arrival. This policy does not apply to non-refundable reservations.
